We provide design and project management services to ensure that your engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Our team has experience managing projects of various sizes and complexities in many countries.

We can work from initial feasibility / FEL 0 through to Pre-FEED, FEED and then delivery, providing engineering design and cost estimating.

We can also provide detailed design services covering mechanical, piping, structural steel, electrical (up to 33kV), instrumentation and control and civils.

We can develop your process equipment and plant requirements from initial concept through to commissioning, including the industrialisation and CE / CA marking of mechanical process equipment and complete process plants. 

We can develop and design modular plant and equipment assemblies, typically skid based or containerised solutions. We have a network of external fabricators, M&E contractors and automation providers that we can work with to progress projects through to build and commissioning.

We can provide assistance with developing operational and maintenance risk assessment strategies, design risk assessments and HAZOP studies for industrial equipment and process plants.

We can carry out on site surveys and assessments covering equipment and plant condition, machinery safety, electrical safety, LOTOTO practices and electrical arc flash hazards.

We provide the design and engineering for stirred media mills (or Grinders), including CE marking as per EU and UK requirements. We work with approved fabricators and component suppliers to design stirred media mills to meet your specific requirements.
